My Story
Whether working as an executive recruiter or as a business developer, human connection has always been at the heart of what I do.
I learned the importance of personal branding through my own story. I grew up in a small village in Brittany, France, and I have never graduated from a business school. I began my career in 2006 as a Business Developer in the technology sector, and for several years I worked in a predominantly male environment where I had to find my own way to stand out.
In a world where performance is increasingly associated with optimization, speed, and efficiency, my role was to bring more psychology and emotional intelligence into growth strategies.
Through this work, I have helped thousands of clients and candidates identify what makes them unique and learn how to tell their stories more effectively. Throughout our lives, we build human connections, whether professional, romantic, or friendships. The quality of our lives largely depends on the quality of our relationships, yet no one teaches us how to communicate our emotions.
Finally, in an economic environment undergoing profound transformation, with artificial intelligence increasingly becoming part of the way we work and live, I have chosen to draw on all these years of experience and position myself as a Relationship Dynamics Coach. My goal is to support people who want to deepen their understanding of relationships and increase their level of relational satisfaction.
